The Twinkle app connects households to self-employed cleaners at the tap of a button. Quick and easy booking process means that the app's users can hire a professional cleaner in seconds at affordable rates. All cleaners undergo full background and criminal record checks by Onfido and could be trusted. Users of the app can view the ratings, reviews and overall work proᕌle of cleaners to find the best match. Users will have to register before start using the app. When making a booking, the user will have to specify when and where they want the cleaning service to be carried out. In the final step of the booking process, users will be shown an estimate for how much the service would cost and will be required to fill in their payment details before confirming the booking. However, payment will only be made after the service is complete and will be processed by Braintree. After the service is complete, the user will be required to rate and write a review for the service which has been provided. Users also have the option to add a particular cleaner to their favorites list if they wish to hire that cleaner again. There are two types of bookings.
